Nigel Hemming
		Nigel’s rural upbringing naturally resulted in his choice of subject matter. His appreciation not only of dogs, but more importantly their relationship with us is the drive and inspiration behind his trademark images.
Many of his paintings also have a narrative element, which adds an extra dimension to his unique images of dogs.
		As Nigel says ‘I try to paint pictures, not simply of dogs, but about dogs’.
