Geoffrey Tristram
Geoffrey Tristram has been a professional artist for over 20 years and he was already sure of his vocation at the tender age of five. After graduating from Wolverhampton College of Art, Geoff pursued a career in painting for advertising and packaging clients. His ever-present sense of humour, as a cartoonist and caricaturist led him to being much in demand by his clients.
His trademarks are details, clutter and humour, which clearly shows in the first six Fine Art Prints that SOLOMON & WHITEHEAD produced, however Geoff can turn his hand to portraiture, producing the very popular Limited Editions ‘Seta I’ and ‘Seta II’. He is a perfectionist (a trait which he likens to a mental problem rather than a talent) and he has a craftsman-like approach to technique.
